Sterling Jones was borned and raised in San Diego, California. He began his basketball coaching career as a skills trainer working with some of the best players in California. From there he began coaching various club programs before starting Players Play. He has over a decade of skills training, sports psychology mentorship as well as team coaching. Sterling as well as Players Play have coached and mentored hundreds of players in the last decade that have gone on to play college basketball or had success off the court chasing their dreams
